Record attendance at the Royal Cornwall Show

Royal Cornwall Show The Royal Cornwall Show beat the weather as the attendance grew to a record of over 127,000 people going through the gates over the 3 day event.

The first two days the weather was unsettled and dampened the atmosphere slightly.

However Saturday made up for the previous days scattered showers. Overall, traders where happy with the amount of sales and enquires made and some are already booking a spot for the next year's show.

It was good to see some of the clients of the Smallholder Directory present, however the Smallholder side of the industry is not well represented at Royal Cornwall. The Poultry Section as ever was a great success with around a 1000 entries, the award of Best in Show going to Mrs A Wincott with a stunning Cuckoo Pekin Female.
