HEAVY HORSE & COUNTRY SHOW



We are pleased to announce that the SESHA Annual Heavy Horse Show will take place on: 21st & 22nd MAY 2011 at The Blue Anchor Showground, Blindley Heath, near Lingfield, Surrey. (on the A22 main London to Eastbourne road six miles south of Junction 6 of the M25).


On Saturday come and see the Magnificent Heavy Horses Working & Demonstrating their skills, Children can take part in the Heavy Horse Tug of War, where they pitch their strengths against a Shire Horse. Dog agility & Gundog displays, terrier racing, Horse drawn Dray rides, fairground, to name just a few.


Sunday is showing day, where the Heavy Horses get dressed up in their finery. The day includes a Ridden Heavy Horse Class, a Young Handler Class, driven classes and Culminates in the Grand Parade of Horses, you’ll be amazed with the number of Heavy Horses in one show ring. Also on Sunday is a fun dog show, with pedigree and novelty classes. A parade of Vintage Farm Machinery.


   Trade stands and Refreshments also available.
