| Description: | The majority of the alpacas at Laurel Farm now have been bred on farm from the original start up herd and their progeny. As part of our breeding programme we aim for the best quality fleece combined with alpacas of moderate size so that they are easy to handle. With the emphasis on keeping the alpaca husbandry as natural as possible enables us to sell very good quality stock at reasonable prices. All breeding alpacas are registered with the British Alpaca Society (B.A.S.) The breeding herd comprises of black, brown, fawn and white animals with our own brown and white herd sires.
