1) Can Tag Services Submit my site for me?

Yes. As part as our service we will submit your site free of charge. As this will bypass the payment system, all we ask is you pay your email invoice within 48 hours.

2) Why is my site not showing up on the front page?

Only Featured links are guaranteed to show up on the front page of any search results.

3) I want to have a rotational banner but can’t provide one myself

As part of the service we will design you a banner free of charge, However this will be based on your websites content and or any images etc you send us. This would not include Flash Banners. All we ask is you pay your email invoice within 48 hours of your banner going live.

4) Why is it so cheap to advertise ?

The Smallholder Directory is committed to providing fair prices. This enables everyone to have the opportunity to advertise their business including Banner advertising

5) What if I don’t want to renew my featured listing next year?

That’s fine, we just take your site out of your featured listing spot and you then drop down to a standard listing

6) Are you connected to any Magazines

The answer is NO. We are an independent Online Smallholder Directory

7) Can I change the description or contact details of my listing?

Yes. Just email your new details and we will update them for you. Maximum limit without charge is 3 times in any one year

8) Can I change my Banner Design?

The answer is Yes. However if the original was a free banner provided by us, then you might be charged. We only provide one free banner design per year

9) Can I add my site to more than one Category?

Yes. You can add your site to as many category’s as you like as long as it's relevant to your products and services. However you will have to pay the relevant cost for a Featured or Standard link per category listing
