Which sheep should I buy for grazing?

I have 3 acres of grassland divided into 3 paddocks. The previous owners kept 4/5 sheep as lawnmowers, moving them from paddock to paddock, and I would like to do the same. I am currently a novice when it comes to sheep although I am going to learn as much as possible to ensure I have healthy happy animals.

I would like to know which are the best breeds for grazing purposes. I have no wish to breed them for meat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
