How do you treat sour crop in hens?

Question

I have a hen who has had a six day course of Nystatin to sort out sour crop. This didn't do the trick. I've mixed live yogurt with garlic, given 5mls every hour, by supper time she is back to normal, crop empty at 5am but fills up with fluid by 8am. She is miserable during the day but up to lots of mischief by evening! How do I get rid of the infection for good? Waiting with antisipation and hope!

Unfortunatly this is going to be a trip or phone call back to the Vet. It may be that she need a longer or different treatment. Sorry I can't be of more help than that on this one.
